§ 2438. Lease of rustic property

All rustic properties of the decedent which are not in the possession of the heirs shall be leased, with the exception of those that the decedent was working or cultivating, for his own account, and any other which, for special reasons, or in order that they may be made more productive, the administrator, by consent of the acknowledged heirs, shall determine to cultivate.
