§ 2431. Administration of estate; repairs, labor, and fertilizer

The administrator shall hold the properties of the decedent and shall endeavor to make them yield the proper rents, products and profits. He may make ordinary repairs to buildings and procure the necessary labor and fertilizers as may be required for the cultivation of rural properties, without requiring authorization therefor.
