The inventory shall contain a full and clear description of the properties comprised in the different classes, with the respective value thereof, and shall be made under oath. In case of dispute as regards value the court shall appoint two (2) appraisers to make the appraisement. Upon the completion of the inventory the same shall be filed with the clerk of the Court of First Instance.
