§ 2243. Summons for witnesses and notary

Upon the filing of a proper petition, the Court of First Instance shall issue summons commanding the witnesses and the notary, should there have been one at the execution of the will, to appear on a day and hour and at a place designated under penalty of being proceeded against as for contempt of court in case of failure to obey said summons.
