Every pleading shall have a caption which sets forth the name of the court, specifying the part thereof, the title of the action, the file number and its designation in accordance with Rule 5.1. In the complaint, the title of the action shall include the names of all the parties, but in the other pleadings it shall be sufficient to state the name of the first litigant of each party with a reference indicating the existence of other parties.
