§ 4923. Tampering with list of jurors

Any person who adds a name to the list of jurors either by depositing said name in the jury wheel or otherwise, or who withdraws any name from said wheel, or destroys the same, or any of the slips containing the names of the jurors, or who mutilates or defaces said names so that they cannot be read, or alters the name on the slips, except in those cases allowed by the law, shall incur a fourth degree felony.
