Any person who commits fraud or deceit to affect the testimony of any witness or person who shall be called to testify in any investigation, proceeding, hearing or judicial, legislative or administrative issue or other procedures authorized by the law, or who knowingly makes any statement or declaration, or who shows any document to such a witness or person to unlawfully affect his/her testimony shall incur a misdemeanor.
