§ 4908. Refusal to prevent the commission of a crime or to assist in an arrest

Any person who, after being required to do so by a person with authority and without risk to either him/herself or another, does not prevent the commission of a crime that affects the life or bodily integrity of others or who does not assist in the arrest of another person shall incur a misdemeanor.
