§ 4903. Aggravated perjury

If a false statement rendered by any person under the circumstances set forth for the crime of perjury results in the deprivation of freedom or the conviction of a person accused of a crime, he/she shall incur aggravated perjury and the punishment for a third degree felony shall be imposed.
