§ 4846. Forgery of documents

Any person who, with the intent to defraud, makes a false document, instrument or writing, in whole or in part, by means of which any right, obligation or interest is created, transferred, terminated or otherwise affected, or who falsely alters, limits, suppresses or destroys, in whole or in part, a true right shall incur a fourth degree felony.
