§ 4828. Extortion

Any person who, by means of violence or intimidation, or under the pretext of rights as a public officer or employee, compels another person to deliver property or to perform, tolerate or omit acts which occur or are executed after an act of violence, intimidation or under pretext of authority shall incur a fourth degree felony.
