§ 4802. New arrest or imprisonment of a released person

Any person who, on his/her own or as a member of a court, unlawfully detains, arrests, imprisons or deprives of freedom a person released from prison for the same cause by virtue of a writ of habeas corpus shall incur a fourth degree felony.
