§ 4787. Use of a minor for child pornography

Any person who uses a minor, or persuades or induces a minor into posing, modeling or incur sexual conduct with the purpose of preparing, printing or exhibiting child pornography material or into participating into a show of said nature shall incur a third degree felony.
