§ 4779. Disorderly houses

Any person who owns or under any denomination has a disorderly establishment or house in which the peace, well-being or decorum of the neighborhood is disturbed or disturbances are promoted habitually shall incur a misdemeanor.

In such cases, the juridical person where the conduct is [sic] occurs may also be a participant in this crime.
