§ 1331. Fraud in the process or results of controlled substances testing

It shall be considered fraud in the controlled substance testing procedure or results thereof, to:

(a) Submit a specimen that contains a substance that does not come from the body of the person being tested;

(b) submit a specimen that has been collected at a time other than that indicated in the procedure established therefor;

(c) engage in any conduct with the intent to produce a false or different result to the one that would have been obtained if the procedure had been conducted as established, or

(d) engage in any conduct with the intent to create confusion in the analysis of the specimen.
