§ 5103. Delegation of duties; two or more managers

If the manager should delegate all or some of the duties of his charge to another person, he shall answer for the acts of the delegate, without prejudice to the direct obligation of the latter to the owner of the business.

The liability of the managers, should there be two (2) or more, shall be joint.
