The depositum shall be returned to the bailor when he claims it, even though a specified term or time for such return may have been fixed in the contract.
This provision shall not be observed when the depositum in the possession of the bailee has been judicially attached, or should the latter have been notified of the objection of a third person to the return or to the transfer of the thing bailed.
