§ 4312. Objects and interests; profits on dissolution of illicit partnership

Partnerships must have licit objects, and must be established for the common interests of the partners.

When the dissolution of an illicit partnership is declared, the profits shall be devoted to the charitable institutions of the domicile of the partnership, and, in their absence, to those of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
