§ 3951. Right of debtor to extinguish litigated credit—Exceptions

From the provisions of the foregoing section are excepted the assignments or sales made:

(1) To a coheir or co-owner of the right assigned.

(2) To a creditor in payment of his credit.

(3) To the possessor of an estate, subject to the right in litigation which has been assigned.
