§ 3846a. Warranty—Bona fide purchaser

The purchaser in a sale through public auction held in compliance of a court order shall be considered as a bona fide purchaser, who has not been notified of taxes or latent defects of the object sold, in all cases in which he shall be considered as such, if the sale had been made voluntarily by the defendant in person.
