§ 3646. Earnings from gambling or other causes exempt from restitution

The earnings obtained by the husband or wife by gambling, or proceeding from other causes exempt from restitution, shall belong to the conjugal partnership, without prejudice in a proper case, to the provisions of Title 33, the Penal Code.
