§ 3103. Effect of indivisibility

If the division should be impossible, the right of the creditors shall only be prejudiced by the collective acts of the same, and the debt shall only be recoverable by proceedings against all of the debtors. If any of the latter should be insolvent, the rest shall not be obliged to pay his share.
