§ 2825. Private creditors of heir

The private Creditors of the heir cannot interfere with the operations of the estate, accepted by the latter under benefit of inventory, until the Creditors of the same and the legatees have been paid; but they may demand the retention of the attachment of the remainder which may be left the heir.
