§ 2810. Time for deliberation after inventory

An heir, who should have reserved to himself the right to deliberate, must state to the court having jurisdiction, within thirty days, counted from the day following that on which the inventory has been concluded, whether he accepts or repudiates the inheritance.

If said thirty days have elapsed without said statement being made it shall be understood that he accepts it purely and simply.
