§ 2807. Benefit of inventory and right to deliberate—While action to claim inheritance does not prescribe

With the exception of the cases referred to in the two preceding sections, if no action should have been brought against the heir, he may accept, under the benefit of inventory, or with the right to deliberate while the action to claim the inheritance does not prescribe.
