§ 2776. Acceptance and repudiation of inheritance—Associations, corporations, and institutions

The legal representatives of associations, corporations, and institutions qualified to acquire may accept the inheritance left to the same; but in order to repudiate it they require judicial approval, after hearing the prosecuting attorney.
