§ 2609. Disposition of inheritance repudiated by nearest relative

If the inheritance is repudiated by the nearest relative should there be one only, or by all the nearest relatives, designated by law, should there be several, those of the following degree shall inherit in their own right, without being able to represent those repudiating the inheritance.
