§ 2301. Simple substitution

The testator may substitute one or more persons in the place of the heir or heirs designated in case they die before him or do not wish or cannot accept the inheritance.

Simple substitution, without expressing cases, includes the three mentioned in the foregoing paragraph unless the testator has ordered otherwise.
