§ 2281. Disposition of property where there are no heirs; heirs by force of law

A person who has no heirs by force of law, may dispose by will of all his property or part of it in favor of any person qualified to acquire it.

A person, who having heirs by force of law, may dispose of his property only in the manner and with the limitations established in subchapter V of this chapter.
