§ 2207. Presentation to court after death of testator

The notary or a person having in his possession a closed will shall present it to the part of the Court of First Instance of competent jurisdiction as soon as he learns of the death of the testator.

Should he not do so within ten days, he shall be liable for the losses and damages caused by his negligence.
