§ 2126. Reference to private memoranda or papers

Any provision relating to the institution of heirs, bequests, or legacies, made by the testator, referring to private memoranda or papers which after his death may appear in his domicile or outside thereof, shall be void if such memoranda or papers do not fulfill the requisites prescribed for holographic wills.
