It shall be presumed as author whoever appears as such in the work by means of his name, signature, or identifying mark, unless there is evidence to the contrary. When a work is distributed anonymously or pseudonymously, whoever makes such work public shall be entitled to exercise the rights herein granted while the author’s identity is not revealed, insofar as that person has the consent of the author.
