The Copyright Registrar shall provide, through regulations, the most efficient and less onerous manner in which the works shall be registered and deposited, in accordance with the most recent and reliable technological developments. The deposit of two (2) copies or reproductions thereof shall be an indispensable requirement for copyright registration.
