§ 1268f. Right of first refusal and right of redemption

Any right of first refusal and/or right of redemption that the developer may wish to establish with respect to the sale of timeshares or vacation club rights, as provided for in § 1264(1)(p) of this title, may be recorded in the Property Registry for the term provided for in the deed of dedication, which term may extend for the whole term of the timeshare or vacation club regime and be recordable in the Property Registry, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in §§ 2001 et seq. of Title 30, known as the “Mortgage and Property Registry Act”.
