§ 1085. Provisions common to the three preceding chapters—Scope of terms

Whenever, by the disposition of the law or by an individual declaration, the expression things immovable or immovables or things movable or movables, be used, it shall be understood as comprising, respectively, those enumerated in Chapters 129 and 131 of this title.
