§ 1044. Incorporeal things considered immovables

The following incorporeal things are considered as immovable from the object to which they apply:

1. The usufruct and use of immovable things.

2. Any right or obligation established on any immovable.

3. Every action to recover an immovable or the whole of an inheritance.
