§ 766. Increase, decrease, and cancellation of bond

The bond may be increased or diminished during the period of tutorship according to the fluctuations in the value of the property of the minor or incapacitated person and in the securities upon which the said bond is made.

The bond cannot be totally cancelled until the tutor, having had the accounts of his tutorship approved, shall have discharged all the responsibilities of his management.
