§ 2265. Recording of documents—Real property or rights not described individually; procedure for registration

Titleholders of real property or real rights by virtue of any universal or singular title, who are not indicated and described individually, may make their registration by presenting said title along with a document, when applicable, proving a conveyance was made to them and by justifying by means of any other authentic document that the property they are trying to record is included in the document.
