In government eminent domain procedures in which the title to the property or right to expropriate does not appear recorded in the Registry, those unknown persons who may have an interest in the property or right subject to this action must also be included as defendants, and the decisions handed down by the court, conferring property title to the expropriator, must be subject to a first original entry with no limitations other than those contained in the court’s own resolutions or the laws in force.
