§ 2204. Obligations or rights not recordable

Except as provided in this subtitle, the following are not recordable: an obligation to constitute, convey, modify or extinguish the domain or real right over any real property, or to enter into any of the contracts included in § 2201 of this title, in the future, or, generally, any other obligations or personal rights, without preventing the recording in said suppositions of the constituted real warranty to ensure compliance according to law.
