§ 2107. Certifications—Refusal of registrar to issue certification or open books; proper remedy

When the Registrar refuses to open the Registry books or information systems pursuant to this subtitle and the regulations adopted thereby, or to issue a certification of what is found in said books or information systems, or to issue it in the term established by this subtitle or by regulations in the rest of the cases, the interested party may seek a proper remedy from the Administrative Director.
