§ 2103. Certifications—Issuance to relatives of Registrar prohibited

Registrars may not issue certifications of any entries in which they, their spouses or their relatives to the fourth degree of consanguinity or the second degree of affinity are interested parties. In these cases, the Registrar designated by the Administrative Director shall issue the certifications himself.
