§ 2061. Disciplinary jurisdiction—Censure, suspension or dismissal; causes

Should any Registrar be guilty of prevarication, bribery, conduct implying moral turpitude, inexcusable negligence or manifest ineptitude in the discharge of his duties, or any offense that may render him unfit to perform his duties, he shall be censured by the Secretary, or suspended or dismissed from office by the Governor, according to the circumstances of the case.
