§ 1725a-3. Elimination of a conviction; review

The decision of the Superintendent may be revised by the Court of Appeals according to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, and subsection (c) of § 24y of Title 4.

The decision of the Court of First Instance may be appealed before the Court of Appeals and the sentence may be revised by certiorari before the Supreme Court.
