§ 1724n. Forfeited property—Appraisal, reasonableness

In the case of judicial contest of the forfeiture, the complainant shall have thirty (30) days from the filing of the complaint to file a motion requesting a hearing to contest the appraisal. After the hearing, the court shall determine the reasonableness of the appraisal as incidental to the complaint. The determination on said contest may only be appealed by certiorari before the Court of Appeals, limited to questions of law. The right to contest the appraisal is waived if the thirty (30)-day term elapses and no hearing is requested.
