The Board shall submit an annual report to the Governor and the Legislative Assembly not later than September 1st. Said report shall include an itemization of the covered funds and the use thereof during the immediately preceding calendar year. Likewise, it shall include an inventory of forfeited property under the custody of the Forfeiture Board.
