§ 1043. Suspended sentences in felony cases and certain cases of misdemeanor when defendant is under 21 years old—Pending cases

The provisions of § 1042 of this title and this section shall moreover be applicable in their effects to all cases pending judgment and all minors already sentenced on the date of the approval of this act if the said cases meet the requirements herein established and if the said minors have not reached 21 years of age.
