§ 532. Challenges—Effect of challenge to individual juror; contempt

If a challenge to an individual grand juror is allowed, he cannot be present or take part in the investigation and consideration of the charge against the defendant who interposed the challenge or in the deliberations of the Grand Jury on said charge. Any violation of this section shall constitute contempt of court and shall be punishable as such, as it shall be the obligation of the members of the Grand Jury to inform the court of any such violation of this section.
