§ 526. Challenges—Causes for challenge to panel

A challenge to the panel may be interposed for one or more of the following causes only:

(1) That the number of ballots required by law was not drawn by lot from the box containing the names of the regular jurors.

(2) That the drawing was not had in the presence of the officers designated by law.

(3) That the drawing was not had in accordance with law.
