The Prosecutor shall submit the duly grounded petition for waiver of jurisdiction within fifteen (15) days following the filing of the complaint and the notice to the minor.
For just cause and at its discretion, the court may authorize the filing of a petition for waiver of jurisdiction after the term has elapsed, but always prior to the holding of the adjudicative hearing of the case.
